Conditions
The flat is rented for one or two persons, no more.
It's all yours for short stays, from one week (not less) to one month.
(For longer stays, contact us).
You'll have to pay half of the rental (50%) before checking in, the other half before checking out.
The flat is yours from one p.m the day of your arrival , until 11:30 am the day you leave.
Prices
one week : 460 $
two weeks : 800 $
three weeks : 1150 $
four weeks : 1400 $
Facilities
Linen ( cloths and towels) included.
Cleaning before your arrival included.
Claning during your stay(whenever you ask for it)) : 20$/h
Ktchen in order (stove, gaz cooker, micro-wave, fridgr, freezer, dishes and complete kitchenware)
For musians and singers : the workshop
The Salon de Musique workshop, next door rue des Saules, is also available if you are muisician or singer (on a one day base) : rehearsale room, piano, a very nice working space for artists.
fees : 80 $ a day from 10 am to 6 pm
